Featured Project

At the Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility (WWTP) in Salem, Oregon, we delivered a digester gas conditioning system engineered to meet a rigorous 350 scfm flow requirement. Our primary objective was the absolute protection of the facility’s downstream Caterpillar (CAT) engine/generator. By implementing a multi-stage conditioning process that targets moisture, H2S, and siloxanes, our system ensures the fuel stream remains within strict OEM specifications, preventing premature engine wear and costly unscheduled downtime.

Our successful commissioning of the Willow Lake system in early 2020 demonstrates our “flange-to-end-use” philosophy. We don’t simply provide components; we provide an integrated technical system that safeguards millions of dollars’ worth of power-generation infrastructure. Willow Lake serves as a field-proven example of how precise gas conditioning extends the lifecycle of power-generation assets and optimizes the total cost of ownership (TCO) for the plant.
